Karen Buchanan

Living with a houseful of men most of my life means there is never a dull moment and always an adventure to be had! Steve and I have been married for 38 years and have two sons, Mitchell and Max and two wonderful daughter-in-laws, Mikaela and Jenny. Best of all, we have three grandchildren:  Conrad, Cara, and Kingston! We enjoy time together at the beach, hiking, eating out and spending time with friends and family. I was introduced to what it means to follow Christ when I was 10 years old. At age 13, due to a difficult family situation, I learned to rely on the Lord in a way that was very personal. Over time I gained an understanding of His love for me and developed a desire to serve Him with my life. In 2006 I joined the staff here at MHC and it has truly been an unexpected highlight in my life.
